Bringing real-world assets within reach.

Naya Labs designs the infrastructure that puts real-world assets on-chain, and gives everyday people the tools to own them.

§ 01What we are

We build infrastructure for bringing real-world assets on-chain.

We design, launch, and operate ventures at the intersection of real-world assets and on-chain infrastructure — and we advise the operators whose work makes the case for that infrastructure to exist.

01 · Build

Ventures, not decks.

Our studio designs and operates ventures from the inside. We build the platforms and operate them at scale.

02 · Partner

Operators come first.

Alongside our own ventures, we advise operators and makers with engaged communities — helping them raise capital by turning their customers into owners.

03 · Open

Access as a design principle.

Every structure we put on-chain is designed so that anyone — from anywhere in the world — can own the private assets that have historically been reserved for institutions.

§ 02Portfolio — What we build

The portfolio.

Naya Labs builds and operates its own ventures alongside the advisory work. Each one is real-world infrastructure designed to run at scale.

Harambe — a community-powered funding systemfor Africa's private sector.

Harambe enables small businesses across Africa to pledge a fraction of their monthly revenue into locally registered rolling funds — and gain access to interest-free loans of 10–100× their pledge, plus a share in the fund's returns. Capital that has historically left the continent stays rooted in the communities that generate it.

§ 03Advisory — Turn your community into capital

Two ways for operators and makers to bring their business on-chain.

The advisory practice has two service lines: Community Capital, where customers become a source of growth capital, and Commodity Tokenization for producers turning their inventory into ownership for their customers.

Advisory · 01

Community Capital for operators with engaged communities.

A 12–16 week engagement that helps independent restaurants and F&B groups raise growth capital from their community. Operators keep 100% of their business. No equity. No personal guarantee.

Advisory · 02

Commodity Tokenization for specialty producers.

We help winemakers, distillers, roasters, and growers tokenize inventory so their most engaged customers can hold direct legal title to specific bottles, barrels, or harvests — while the producer keeps operational control.
